Make Everyday a Trip to the Tropics
Mai Tai
2 oz rum
3/4 oz orange curacoa
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz orgeat or almont liquor
Shake well with ice and strain into old fashioned glass filled with ice.
Garnish with lime wedge, orange wedge and a mint leaf.
Mojito
1 1/2 oz white rum
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
1/4 oz club soda
10 mint leaves
muddle mint leaves and sugar until "bruised" and strain over fresh ice in rocks glass
Add soda and stir gently.
Moscow Mule
1 1/2 oz Vodka
Ginger Beer
3 lime wedges
Combine Vodka and ginger beer in an iced glass and squeeze both lime wedges into the drink,
discarding one and dropping the other in the drink. Stir gently and top with another lime wedge.
Passion Royale
1/4 oz X-Rated
1/4 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 oz champagne
Gently shake first 4 ingredients together. Strain into a champagne flute and fill with champagne.
Gently stip with a spoon. Serve.
Want your cocktails to be extra cool? Make certain all ingredients are chilled prior to mixing.
